    How to save a file? How many ways to open a file? How many ways to open a new document?

  • Open the new document
  • Type a meaningful name for the file and save it.
  • Then open the saved file

    Teacher Instruction
    1. Even if it takes time, make the Students type the text.
    2. The teacher should explain to the Students to first highlight or select the text before it can be cut.
    3. The teacher should explain to the Students about the Clipboard. You can paste text in the clipboard as much as you want until something else is stored in the clipboard. Also, once something is placed into the clipboard it can be copied into other documents and programs.
    4. Allow the Students to watch the Exercise lesson plan with the solution in the Solution video.mp4
    5. Use the words “Save”, “Open”, “New”, short cut keys, etc,. while teaching. They need to become familiar with these words.
